1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of tapeetea.net and any order placed through the website. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. The product
This store sells one product: Tapee Tea, a caffeine-free Thai botanical tea made from 15 traditional herbs and spices, finely ground and packed in teabags. It is available in pack sizes of 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 250 and 500 teabags. It is a packaged food and beverage product, sold for beverage enjoyment and described only by its taste, aroma, ingredients and origin. It is not a dietary supplement or medicine, and it is not marketed as a wellness product, remedy, treatment, cure or health product.
Packaging, specifications and prices may change from time to time. We display product details as accurately as we can, but natural variation in colour, aroma and appearance occurs between harvests.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices displayed on this site are in US dollars (USD). We are not VAT-registered, and no VAT is charged or implied on orders. If your card is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
Payment is processed securely by our payment processors. We do not store or collect your payment card details. Your statement will show a descriptor identifying this store or its payment processor — if you do not recognise a charge, please contact us first at service@tapeetea.net; we can nearly always resolve it faster than a dispute.
We may cancel and refund an order if a product proves unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot ship to your address.
5. Delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched from Thailand, normally within 1–3 business days, with fully tracked delivery typically 8–20 business days after dispatch. Tracked shipping is free worldwide on every order; orders to the European Union carry a flat $7.00 fee that includes prepaid EU customs and IOSS handling, and US import taxes are prepaid and included. 6. Order cancellation and statutory returns
30-day cooling-off period: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Exception: opened or unsealed packs cannot be returned, for food-safety and hygiene reasons.
Faulty goods: if products are faulty or misdescribed you are entitled to the remedies set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as detailed in our Refund and Returns Policy, which also contains the model cancellation form.
7. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Please do not use this site unlawfully, or interfere with its operation or security. Site text, photography and branding are the property of THAITEAS LTD and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or their subject matter, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
