What is Tapee Tea?
Tapee Tea is a traditional Thai botanical tea made from 15 herbs and spices — including cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, orange blossom and sandalwood — blended and packed in Thailand. Is Tapee Tea loose tea or teabags?
Teabags. The 15 botanicals are finely ground into a powder and sealed in individual teabags — one teabag makes one cup, with no strainer or measuring needed, and the fine grind gives a fuller infusion than coarsely cut herbs.
Does Tapee Tea contain caffeine?
No. Tapee Tea is a blend of herbs, spices and flowers rather than leaf tea, so it is naturally caffeine-free.
How do I brew Tapee Tea?
Place one teabag in a cup, add 250–300ml of hot water, and steep for 3–5 minutes. Stir gently for a fuller extraction, and enjoy it hot or let it cool over ice. Steep times, the iced method and serving ideas are in our guide to brewing Tapee Tea.
What pack sizes of Tapee Tea can I buy?
Packs of 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 250 and 500 teabags. Each teabag is one cup, so the pack number is the number of cups you get. Larger packs bring the per-cup price down — current prices for every size are on the product page.
Does Tapee Tea contain allergens?
None of the 14 allergens that UK food law requires to be declared (such as nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, milk, soya, sesame or sulphites) is used as an ingredient in Tapee Tea — the full ingredient list is on every pack and product page. If you have a severe allergy, please email service@tapeetea.net before ordering so we can go through the ingredient list with you.
Is Tapee Tea a supplement or medicine?
No. Tapee Tea is a packaged food and beverage product sold for beverage enjoyment. It is not marketed as a supplement, wellness product, remedy, medicine, treatment, cure or health product. See our Disclaimer.

What currency are Tapee Tea prices in?
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is in another currency, your bank applies its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee.
Is payment on tapeetea.net secure?
Yes. Your order is completed on the secure checkout of our sister storefront, ArtisanThai.com. Payment is handled by its payment processors. We never see or store your card details. If you do not recognise a charge on your statement, email service@tapeetea.net before raising a dispute — we can nearly always sort it out faster.
Shipping
How much is shipping for Tapee Tea?
Tracked shipping is free on orders of US$45.00 or more (conditions apply by destination), and on every 15-herb pack from 75 teabags upwards — the 25- and 50-teabag packs each carry a per-pack tracked shipping charge, US$19.90 and US$14.90 — whatever the order value. Any other order below US$45.00 carries a flat US$19.90 tracked-shipping fee. Hawaii and Canada do not get the usual free shipping: Hawaii pays a flat US$59.90 on every order; Canada pays US$15.90 per order up to 50 teabags (loose-leaf teas alone also US$15.90), then US$19.90 for every 150 teabags or part of that (US$19.90 for 51 to 150 teabags, US$39.80 for 250), and orders of 1,000 teabags or more ship free. Orders to the European Union ship tracked; where EU import charges apply, they are collected on delivery for the time being. We do not currently ship to Australia or New Zealand.
How long will my Tapee Tea order take?
Orders are packed and dispatched from Thailand within 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 6–14 business days after dispatch. Customs processing can add time. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Do I get tracking for my Tapee Tea order?
Yes — every order is fully tracked, and the tracking number is emailed to you at dispatch. It can take a few days to start updating once the parcel leaves Thailand.
Returns
Can I cancel or return my Tapee Tea order?
You can cancel within 30 days of delivery for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the pack is unopened with seals intact — opened food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. What if my Tapee Tea order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email service@tapeetea.net within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.
How quickly are Tapee Tea refunds paid?
To your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or confirming the fault — usually sooner. We make no deductions on lawful returns.
