Where can you buy Tapee Tea?
Tapee Tea is a traditional Thai blend of fifteen botanicals, finely ground and filled into single-cup teabags, with every teabag sealed in its own gold-foil sachet. It is blended and packed in Thailand, and Thailand is where your parcel is posted from. You choose your pack size on the Tapee Tea product page, and the price for each size is shown live there.

Which countries does Tapee Tea ship to?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Canada and most other countries. We do not ship to Australia or New Zealand. If you are ordering from either country, nothing at checkout will change that, and we would rather you read it here than discover it at the payment step.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch from Thailand within one to three business days of an order being placed. After dispatch, delivery typically takes six to fourteen business days, depending on the destination and on customs handling in your country. Every parcel is fully tracked, so you can follow it from the moment it leaves us. The full detail — including how tracking is sent to you — sits in our shipping policy.
What shipping costs
Shipping is priced by where the parcel is going and how large the pack is:

EU orders travel tracked like every other order; where import charges apply in your country, the courier collects them on delivery for the time being.
Pack sizes
Packs come in 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 250 and 500 teabags. One teabag makes one cup, so a pack size is simply a number of cups, and from 75 teabags up the tracked shipping is included (conditions apply by destination). Returns: 30 days on unopened packs
You have 30 days to return unopened packs with their seals intact. For a change of mind, the return postage is yours to pay; the packs need to come back unopened, because sealed gold-foil sachets are the whole point of how this tea is packed. The conditions are written out in full on our returns and refunds page.
Who you are buying from
This site is run by a company registered in Thailand, with details on our contact page; your order itself is completed with our sister storefront, ArtisanThai.com, which shows its own company details and terms at checkout. If you want to ask something before ordering — pack sizes, a delivery address, an order already placed — write to service@tapeetea.net and a person will answer.
What we state up front on every order
These are the things we put in writing on this site, on every order, without being asked. They are simply our own practice, stated so you know what you are getting when you buy from us.
- The seller of record is identified. This site names its operating company on the contact page, and the storefront completing your order names its own at checkout.
- Every botanical is named. All fifteen are listed in full, with what each one brings to the cup, on our Tapee Tea ingredients page.
- Dispatch is tracked. One to three business days to dispatch, six to fourteen business days typical delivery, tracking on every parcel — the same numbers for everyone, published before you pay rather than after.
- One standing price. The price on the product page is the price at checkout, and shipping follows the table above.
What arrives
A pack of individually foil-wrapped teabags, each one holding finely ground botanicals rather than coarsely cut leaf — the format is explained in full on our gold-foil teabag page.
